The easiest was easily #1, 2, 5, and 6. If you didn't get those 4, you were not a real tv fan!
#6 with "a hot dog makes her lose control" is the funniest theme song line ever created, it is so ridiculously outrageous! I loved The Patty Duke Show" (1963-66), and wish it could have gone on at least 1 more year.
We lost Patty, dad "Martin" William Schallert, and boyfriend "Richard" Eddie Applegate all in 2016, with Patty (at 69) dying in March, then William (at 91) in May and Eddie in October at 81. He was already 28, playing a teen, when the series started in 1963.
I forgot to add that FETV (Family Entertainment TV) has notified its viewers on its web site it has picked up "The Patty Duke Show" starting a week from this Monday, Nov. 2, at 7am CT. I'll be glad to see it for the first time in many years out of what I receive on my cable networks syndicated sitcoms! It's too bad, MeTV did not grab it!

14/14. The only reason I got Number 11 is that I listen to "The Essential Johnny Cash" quite often.
