How many 1980s action shows can you remember?

From cops and robbers to talking cars and aliens, I.D. them all!

The Eighties were an era of action! Movie stars cared more about muscle tone than Oscars.

There was no shortage of action on television, either. From cops and robbers to talking cars and aliens, there was just about every flavor of adventure on offer.

We've gathered just about every action show from the 1980s — detectives, pilots, cowboys, superheroes, time travelers and spies. And then we punched out of some words and letters. To give you a hand, we've provided the airdates.

See if you can fill in the blanks and get at least 50 out of the 70. Yeah, it would have been awesome if there were a perfect 80 of them, but what can you do.

61/70 Would have had a better score if the darn screen wouldn't be moving.

You got 63 out of 70

It says 64 out of 70, but it should actually be 66 out of 70. Twice I clicked on the correct answer, but it showed that I clicked on a different, wrong answer. I know where I clicked! (side note: boy, did this quiz send me down a serious nostalgia hole!)

It kept doing that to me. I gave up & just kept my own score. (No, I didn't cheat!) *shrugs*

59 out of 70. Didn't watch sci-fi, so missed a lot of those. Remembered watching cop and detective shows with my late dad. Thanks for the great memories!

No wonder Mr Haney was a con artist and looked stupid on Green Acres 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

A lot of them I never heard of and a lot of them I guessed.
Some guessed right, some guessed wrong.

59/70; Four I never heard of but I blew the other 7. I went thru the quiz too quickly and missed seven questions I should have gotten right. My score was still pretty good anyhow.
