Can you guess the lyrics to these pop songs from the 1960s?
Wouldn't it be nice to get a 10/10 on this quiz?

People always argue about what era had the best music. For some, the 1970s remain the gold standard for classic pop. Some people love the synth-pop of the 1980s. Others can't get enough of the carefree one-hit wonders of the 1990s.

10 of 10! My advantage on this quiz was growing up with an older teenage sister who played these songs over and over! I listened to these songs hundreds of times back then... Fun quiz!
6/10. Shameful. I'm a boomer who has disgraced himself. But I have a dispute with the Beach Boys, ques. #1. The correct choice is "Sleep together", not "Stay together". Play the song, if you have it, and see if I'm right.
According to the lyrics it says" stay together"

"Wouldn't It Be Nice" by The Beach Boys
Lyrics:
--------
Wouldn't it be nice if we were older?
Then we wouldn't have to wait so long
And wouldn't it be nice to live together
In the kind of world where we belong
You know it's gonna make it that much better
When we can say goodnight and stay together

9/10; I just got the "honey" and "sugar" in the wrong order on the Archies song. Incidentally the "71" in my username is a reference to my birth year, but I love 1960's music.
There's an error in #2. Both b and c are correct.
Sugar
Oh, honey, honey
You are my candy girl
And you got me wanting you
Honey
Oh, sugar, sugar
You are my candy girl
And you got me wanting you
Sugar
Oh, honey, honey
You are my candy girl
And you got me wanting you
Honey
Oh, sugar, sugar
You are my candy girl
And you got me wanting you
Got 10 out of 10, proof that there are some people who are perfect (at least in remembering song lyrics!!)
