The Cutting Crew is not a One Hit Wonder. In fact they had 2 TOP *TEN* songs in the US. The second being I've Been In Love Before. They also had a song go to 38.

As pointed out by others, A Flock of Seagulls had 3 Top 40 hits.

Men Without Hats, Tommy Tutone, 'Til Tuesday and Johnny Hates Jazz all had two Top 40 hits each.

Meanwhile, Modern English, Bow Wow Wow and The Weather Girls (not as part of Sylvester) had ZERO Top 40 songs in the US.

A little trivia. "Der Kommissar" was first recorded , in German, by Falco (of "Rock Me Amadeus" fame) and released in 1981. After the Fire then recorded an English version which failed to chart.....until AFTER they broke up.

Thomas Dolby also had other hits.

Dolby only had one song break the Top 40. His second highest charting song in the US was "Hyperactive!" at 62. Personally, I love "I Love You Goodbye," but it did not chart in the US.
