16 of 20, but the mousketeer question i got correct was a guess. Just saw the fall schedule, very little changes and nothing new. Boring.

It's sad to know that Johnny who as a child, {and man} who has brought a lot of pleasure to people, is not doing well. He Unfortunately is suffering with Alzheimer's. I'm sure we all wish him well.
I had not heard about Johnny Crawford suffering from Alzheimer's. I have been a fan of the show since I first caught it in reruns after school (wasn't born yet when it first aired). I particularly liked the way "tough guy" Lucas was actually very sweet and loving to his son. He hugged and kissed him any number of times on the show, which I found unusual considering most men from that era of shows played such parts (cowboys, police officers, etc) in a much more hard-bitten style. I read somewhere that Chuck Connors and Johnny Crawford were actually very close in real life, at least while the show ran. I send my best wishes to Johnny.

One of the greatest features on The Rifleman was the music by Herschel Burke Gilbert, whose music appeared (by his own estimation) in at least 3,000 individual TV episodes.
