Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, way before Nirvana. There was U2, and Blondie, and music still on MTV.

Got 6 of 10. Never heard number 8. Guessed wrong on 9 and 10. Got it wrong on 3, mixed up Heart and Madonna. Guessed on 5 got it right.

They tried to fool everyone with #5. Sting was the lead singer of the police but sang this song as a solo act

8/10...Missed #3 and #10. I was thinking of Heart's "Crazy 'ON' You" which was actually released in '75...so I was a decade too early. Silly me. And, I always thought that "Oh Sheila" was by The Time....I did then, and I apparently still do now!

You got 9 out of 10 - You've got the music in you! Knew them all except #9. Took a guess and missed. Oh well, I'll take it.

missed two, but I could have sworn that Prince did a song involving a Shiela.

Prince had a protege named Sheila E. She was a drummer

6/10. A lot harder than I thought and I was a young man back then listening to music quite a bit.

9/10.

Missed the first one - and I still have that 45! (Both Simple Minds and Human League recorded for the same label, A&M, so that's possibly how I confused them.)

Also still have the 45's of #s 4, 6, and 10. "Oh Sheila" is now in my 1976 Seeburg Sunstar jukebox.

You know that you're getting old when you get every 80s song correct..☹️

6/10 I figured I'd bomb on this one. I'm more of a 70's music lover.

Sometimes leaving a score is telling. Think I'll go get some more coffee now.
