Which TV Western best matches your zodiac sign?

This personality quiz is written in the wide-open country stars.

The heyday of TV Westerns saw dozens of programs telling all kinds of stories from America's past. Some followed lone gunslingers while others focused on the joy and hardship of family life on the frontier.

Many of these shows had their own styles, almost like personalities. With that in mind, we've gathered 12 classic Westerns and paired  each of them with a zodiac sign. Your zodiac sign is determined by which day of the year you were born on.

Here are the 12 signs and their corresponding dates on the calendar: Aquarius (January 20 – February 18), Pisces (February 19 – March 20), Aries (March 21 – April 19), Taurus (April 20 – May 20), Gemini (May 21 – June 20), Cancer (June 21 – July 22), Leo (July 23 – August 22), Virgo (August 23 – September 22), Libra (September 23 – October 22), Scorpio (October 23 – November 21), Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21), Capricorn (December 21 – January 19).

Whether you read your horoscope every day or you're a bit of a skeptic, it can't hurt to find out which Western matches your astrological personality!

♒ got Have gun will travel. Crazy! not much for zodiacs but that was my favorite Western when I was very young. I could hum the theme song before I could talk.

I got rawhide. Lol I never even really watched that show. Not that I dislike it or anything. It's just not one of my favorites.

I think you're cheating yourself because the wild wild West was so much fun! I like gunsmoke too.

I have to agree with Claire. Gunsmoke was my main go to show. I always hated the wild wild west. The main guy was too cocky and full of himself.

I usually like the quizzes on the MeTV website, but this was a swing and a miss.

Your sign matches The Wild Wild West!

Geminis can’t easily be placed into just one box, thus the symbol of the twins. Just like The Wild Wild West – which is a science fiction spy series masquerading as a western!

Your sign matches Bonanza!

Cancers are family and relationship oriented and they wear their hearts on their sleeves. They are very loyal and protect their own – just like the characters on Bonanza.

That's true! I liked many western shows, but I guess I do have a lot in common with the Cartwright family. LOL

I watched 3 out of the 4...I didn't watch "Rawhide". I found "Gunsmoke" & "Rifleman" more enjoyable to watch. But there were 4 or 5 "Bonanza" episodes that were great. My sign is Cancer...the crab. How fitting!

Every Sunday night growing up, you dared not make a sound, because Dad was going to watch the Cartwrights on Bonanza COME HELL OR HIGH WATER! You know something, though? I’d give almost anything to have a few of those Sundays back...

My Ukrainian fiancée has seen some Bonanza reruns. Her birthday is July 4!
She’s looking forward to watching more Bonanza reruns with her new husband when she can come here to marry and live with me!

Met Chuck Connors and got to hold "the rifle" in 1962. Will never forget. He looked like a giant
