Which sitcoms were set in these fictional towns?

Try not to get lost.

Chicago, New York and Los Angeles make for a great sitcom setting. No wonder the bulk of television comedy takes place in the largest three cities.

But we love it when a show builds its own world, a charming hamlet filled with eccentric people. Below, you will find the names of fictional TV towns. See if you can place the fake city a map and match it to the correct series.
  1. Where would you find the idyllic town of Mayberry, North Carolina?
  2. This classic primetime cartoon is set in Bedrock.
  3. On which show can you visit the rural town of Hooterville?
  4. There was a lot of character — and some colorful characters — in the town of Raytown on this sitcom.
  5. NOTE: Which of the following sitcoms is NOT set in a town called Springfield?
  6. White picket fences were everyone in Mayfield on this classic black & white sitcom.
  7. This silly military sitcom was set in Fort Courage.
  8. Hilldale was the picture-perfect setting on this sitcom.
  9. On what should could you find aliens living in the town of Rutherford, Ohio?
  10. This supernatural sitcom is set in Westbridge, Massachusetts.
  11. This modern favorite takes place in the quirky town of Pawnee, Indiana.
  12. This more modern comedy takes place in the town of Orson, Indiana.
  13. This vintage sitcom was set in a Midwestern city called Central City.

The Planet of the Apes TV show took place in Central City. Probably on the ruins of San Francisco as there were scenes in what looked like a BART staton.
