Did Lt. Uhura say these lines in the series premiere of Star Trek, or in her final episode?

Were these Lt. Uhura lines from season one, or season three?

There is only one Lt. Uhura, and there's only one person who can portray her.

Dec. 28, 2022 would have been Nichelle Nichols 90th birthday. Sadly, the Star Trek legend and trailblazing actress was one of the many stars we lost in 2022

Her character made an impact from the very first episode of the all-time great sci-fi series titled "The Man Trap." The Starfleet communication officer became a staple of the series and went on to do so much more in her career, inspiring countless people along the way.

To honor what would have been her 90th birthday, we're putting your memory of the first time we saw Uhura on The Original Series, and the last, to the test.

Did these Lt. Uhura lines come from the Star Trek series premiere "The Man Trap," or from Nichelle Nichols' final appearance, "The Savage Curtain"?

Good luck!

Missed one but then again I don’t pay a lot of attention to what she is saying.

5/10. It has simply been too long since I've watched Star Trek.

8/10. I'm ashamed. I know these episodes so well. I'm reduced 2 steps in rank and off the promotion roster.

most of the lines were easy to place, given the development of the character and the jargon (space commander dominguez sounds like something outta buck rogers) but #6 threw me.

Yeah - that's why I was so embarrassed to have missed on the 'ol "Space Commander"... [le sigh]

" You got 5 out of 10" -------Did you do well on this quiz, or is it worthy of a red alert? -----I got 1, 3, 4, 7 and 9 wrong. Well, half and half isn't worthy of a red alert.

I got 5/10. I got #1, 2, 3, 6, and 8 wrong. I had no clue what she said in the first episode or the final one.

7/10 all guesses.
Still, that's a pretty respectable score for you on a ST quiz, is it not?
It’s pretty good. 🤸‍♀️

Strange that Nichols left 2 episodes early! It's just as well she wasn't in Turnabout Intruder as it was one of the stupider episodes of that season! Weird Fact: It was preempted by the death of President Eisenhower and rescheduled for Tuesday at 7:30 against The Mod Squad & Lancer!
Disagree with you on "Turnabout Intruder". One of my favorite episodes. The way Kirk/Janice Lester almost self-destructs on the bridge with Spock and that communications officer (it wasn't Uhura that episode).

I chose ten debuts for a score of five.
