Yabba-dabba-doo! It's more than half a century since the original Flintstones cartoon left primetime, but the Stone Age family remains as modern as ever. We all know Fred, Wilma, Barney and Betty, not to mention Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm. Oh, and the beloved Dino. We even ate them as vitamins. But do you remember the other characters of Bedrock?

There have been spin-offs, reboots, movies, games and more. But we're sticking with the first and best, The Flintstones that ran from 1960–66. Well, mostly.

Good luck!

I think this is wonderful since I love the Flintstones, but I wish it came on at a later time or perhaps on Saturdays. The way peoples schedules are nowadays, a lot of us are either just getting home from work, not to mention cooking dinner. I concur with the other comments, hopefully, MTV will bring back all the classic cartoons such as Bugs Bunny, Scooby Doo, The Jetsons, Jony Quest, Top Cat, etc.

EXCELLENT!!! I am so excited "The Flintstones" are coming to MeTV! I was born in 1961 and grew up watching this show almost daily! "The Flintstones" was the best Cartoon of all time, in my opinion! There were other good ones too, but for me this was the best! Thank you, MeTV!!!

11/11 as usual. The debut of this on METV September 30, 2019 is 59 years to the day later than the original debut. It originally aired first on September 30, 1960. Who knew? Actually I did.

Thank you for bringing back some good cartoons for the grandkids! Hopefully it’s a start for more like the Jetsons, Bugs Bunny, The Roadrunner etc!

Question 1: Barney didn't work at the quarry and Mr. Slate was not his boss. They both called in sick one day to see a baseball game and they had to call 2 different bosses and when they carpooled together, one always left the other at work and kept going.
