I got 64%. Foul Play was one of the funniest movies I have ever seen! It was a hard de vision between Young Frankenstein and Blazing Saddles - both classics! Some great movies in here.

Support Your Local Sheriff is a 100 times better than Support Your Local Gunfighter but that was made in the 1960s

The Sting? Paper Moon? Foul Play? One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest? These were comedies?

Man, they left out many movies that were funnier instead of just popular. Not a very good set of choices. I was at 80% though.

65% Apparently I got some unpopular opinions

Naw, I think they have poor choices here. Several I just chose what I thought was most popular and that was the highest pointwise. Not the funniest to me.

57% similar. I love What's Up, Doc?. Barbra Streisand's best movie! It's hilarious! And she sings a little bit, too!

67% Similar. Love High Anxiety. Three scenes I thought were hilarious was the patient that had the werewolf phobia and the pain in his neck, the bellboy with the newspaper and killing off Dick Van Patten with loud music.

70% similar.

Can't believe some of these are even on here as comedies. I didn't thnk MASH(the movie) was funny at all, but then it wasn't really intended to be.

The funniest movie of the whole decade, for me... I can't decide between Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and Blazing Saddles. Both are hilariously funny, imo.

I remember a day in French class where we did not learn any French because our teacher's date had taken her to see The Jerk the night before and she could not restrain herself from giving us a blow-by-blow description of this movie, which pretty much took up the entire class.
Wonder if she showed the date what his special purpose was.

Not a movie listed on here funnier than Blazing Saddles

77% similar. But wait - question #4 has American Graffiti listed as one of the choices... while it certainly has some great humor in it, I wouldn't classify it as an actual comedy. Perhaps a "coming of age" movie, or even a drama that just happens to have some great humor built into it. But, I really don't think George Lucas was intending that masterpiece of a movie to be intended as a comedy.

Loved Monty Python - bought their 3-sided album in the ‘70’s, a culmination of much of their Flying Circus skits from their series on the telly.

national lampoon's animal house made the 1970s.

Maybe it was that one line, “Juicy Fruit.”

I'm guessing lobotomies and electro shock are freaking hilarious to the MeTV people.
gockionni bmoore4026 7 days ago
Yeah, I don’t know how it made the list as it was a drama if anything. I picked that line above as it was about the only time the theater audience chuckled - can’t recall any other scenes that were as pure and humorous.

Your probably to young if under 45 you won’t get it

Once again you need to add "None of the above."
