Which decade did these songs about America come out?

Will you do well enough to earn a full fireworks display, or will your light fizzle out like a sparkler?

 The Everett Collection

It doesn't have to be the Fourth of July for you to enjoy these all-American hits! All of the songs in this quiz either have the word "America" or "U.S.A." in the title. Whether it was the 1960s or the 2000s, we just can't get enough of our country!

You don't have to be "Born in the U.S.A." to "Party in the U.S.A." but it might help you with this American-made quiz!

Which decade did these songs all about America come out? Try singing along if it helps!

  1. "Born in the U.S.A" by Bruce Springsteen
  2. "America" by Simon & Garfunkel

  4. "Party in the U.S.A." by Miley Cyrus

Since we've got Livin' In The USA and Sufing USA, I'd say Chuck Berry.
And why wasn't America by Neil Diamond in here?

6 out of 13. Celine Dion's version of "God Bless the USA" is the best version of that song that I have ever heard! She's such a great singer! I also love her Christmas album!

You do know she's Canadian, don't you? Sorta feels like stolen valor!

7/13. Funny thing is I'm old enough to have been around for the release of every one.
Must be that timeless quality of summer in youth.

Good try! Instead of whole fireworks display to celebrate your score, we'll light up a sparkler in your honor😣

5/13 - I get a sparkler, which is fine because that’s about all I can handle anyway.

8/13. If I knew it, I knew it well. If I guessed, I was off by a decade.
