24 I'll take it even if they're off by close to 40 years! Guess I'm still a kid at heart!

Question #9 states "Which movie based on a popular cartoon show did you enjoy most?" Fantasia is one of the options. Fantasia was released in 1940, and could not have been based on any show (cartoon). It was however Based on Goethe's 1797 poem "Der Zauberlehrling". So how is that based on a "show"?

The Sorcerer's Apprentice section did have an established cartoon character in it tho, in Mickey Mouse.

Good point but it was the only one of those movies I'd seen so I selected it anyway.

36? Overshot by 3 years. However, you couldn't possibly expect me to be able to actually make choices when you present Disney/Pluto/DuckTales, Finding Nemo & five other excellent films (okay that was one of the easier ones), Fantasia, Tom & Jerry: The Movie, Alvin & the Chipmunks, Animaniacs, Nick/Arnold/Doug/Rocko/Rugrats/SpongeBob, Scooby, TMNT, WB, Peanuts, Bugs Bunny/Looney Tunes, Jetsons/Flintstones, Simpsons/South Park/Family Guy, Droopy, Underdog, CN/Dexter, Hanna-Barbera...all at once. O___o

They were off by two years. Pretty good. But they didn't include my favorite cartoon character of all time, Yosemite Sam. Which nails my age.
