Choosing between Alice and the Brady family is like choosing between drinking Drano or paint thinner.
In the case of Happy Days, I would imagine that Ron Howard had a clause in his contract guaranteeing him top billing on the show. So no matter how popular Fonzie became, Henry Winkler would never receive that.
That show was alright during the first two seasons, good, not great but still fun. Then they dumbed it down and it became popular.
And Mork came on and Fonz was waterskiing over a shark. Still a good show.

I prefer Chester to Festus, I prefer the half hour episodes to the hour long ones. Chester had more of a personality than Dillion.
I’m a big Festus fan 🫏. I completely prefer the half hour Gunsmokes. Matt was always front and center in the story. 🤠

Ben Cartwright and Matt Dillon will always be one of my favorite characters in fiction

Their appearances were funnier than the rest of the show.
I think they were good because Michael McKean who was Lenny is so brilliant. I loved it when they were on.
