7/10. Still a great episode. Didn't that commissioner also play an FBI agent in "If I Had a Quarter Million"?
Frank Brewster was the FBI agent in "If I Had a Quarter Million" and the attorney grilling Barney in "Andy on Trial". Byron Morrow was the commissioner in the same episode.
