Can you guess the movie just by the hand on its poster?

Talk to the hand, if it helps...

We have to hand it to these movie posters. They're all super memorable.

See if you can detect the blockbuster movie by the distinct hand used in the movie poster. Only the biggest movie fans won't need a helping hand. Good luck!

9/10. The ones I knew for sure were 1, 2, 3, 8, and 10. The rest were guesses. (Dial M for Murder is probably my favorite Hitchcock film.)

10/10. Is the "Dirty Harry" one from the original movie or "Magnum Force"?

MeTV got number 1 wrong. When first released it was just Star Wars, the name change wasn't until the nineties.

In the original May 1977 release of Star Wars, the opening crawl did not feature an Episode number or the subtitle “A New Hope.” Those would be added with the film's April 10, 1981, theatrical re-release.

10/10, but gad to guess on some especially #7.
You "gad to guess?" How does one gad at a guess?
By gadding about first, whatever that means.
