10/10.... Caught monkees fever in the 80s as a 10 yr old. Even saw the reunion tour with hermans hermits and gary puckett at texas rangers stadium. Sad that all but 1 are gone.

That was when I caught Monkees fever too. I was born in 1971, so I'm a little too young to have experienced Monkee mania the first time around, but I was in my mid-teens during this reunion.

I was born in '64, but I have 5 older siblings and was born to love music. It's even in my baby book that I loved the Monkees! However, it doesn't matter if you're an Original (like me), an '80s reunion-er, or (like my 17-year-old daughter) new to the game...we're ALL equal fans!

I like both and I don’t find the “millennials only” phrase bothersome, nor do I mind typos and errors. I just appreciate that METV has quizzes and stories.

They should put Big Time Rush on after The Monkees, so kids can see where Nickelodeon got the idea from.
bsantaniello Chickee 22 months ago
I used to always think that too! That’s cause we’re green young generation and we got something to say! 😝
LoveMETV22 Chickee 22 months ago
They could put it on Sunday mornings in place of " Saved by the Bell", of course it would have to get an E/I rating first.
vinman63 Chickee 21 months ago
I thought Big Time Rush wasn't a knock off version just a mindern day take on the Monkees.
