Today, we're jogging down memory lane!

 Everett Collection

If you grew up in the 1960s and the 1970s, there's a good chance that you were forced to exercise to "The Youth Fitness Song," otherwise known as "Chicken Fat." The song was part of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and was commonly heard in schools across the country.

Take a trip down terrible memory lane and complete the lyrics! We'll be using the shortened version of the song for this quiz, but if you're in the mood for a heavier workout, feel free to sniff around for the full recording!

This time, exercise is optional!

  1. "Touch down every morning - _____ times! Not just now and then."
  2. "Give that chicken fat _____."
  3. "Don't be _____ again!"
  4. "_____ every morning - ten times! _____ starting low."
  5. "Once more _____."
  6. "Nuts to the _____ guys!"
  7. "Hit the _____!"
