Are these scenes from My Three Sons or Leave It to Beaver?

Take a wild guess to see if these scenes belong to the Cleaver or Douglas family.

WATCH: MeTV’s exclusive with Tina Cole, star of My Three Sons
Up Next:

My Three Sons and Leave It to Beaver show the beauty of raising children from two different views. On Leave It to Beaver, Ward and June Cleaver are raising their two sons together, and on My Three Sons, Steve Douglas is a widower raising three sons with the help of his father-in-law.

In both series, the parents allowed their children to learn from their mistakes. In the beginning, My Three Sons was in black & white, and the scenes looked similar to Leave It to Beaver. Can you tell which show these scenes belong to?

Note: Some images are cropped because the main characters can be seen.

9/10. Only missed #7. It helped because I saw every episode of most of them. #7 you couldn't really tell.

My Three Sons was one of my favorite Nick at Nite reruns when I was a kid. I remember Mr. Ed and Dennis the Menace being on Nick at Nite too. I really miss those old shows…😢
Fun Fact: Nick at Night was the first to show the B&W's! CBS locked those away until the early '90's!

The first was easy it showed a man with his pants pulled up to his armpits.

8/10 missed #7 and 8. All those 60's shows dance scenes look the same for the most part.

Wonder if someone can clear a thing up for me. MeTV+ has just wrapped around from the end of My Three Sons back to the beginning. In those first-season episodes, the closing credits start with the cartoon boys' legs, then switch to a shot of a car driving down the road. You can't see who's inside, but the front license plate reads "1961".

I figure some automaker was the show's sponsor at the time and the footage of the car was in service of that, but like the product packages in the corner of shows like The Beverly Hillbillies and Andy Griffith it may have been carefully edited out of the syndicated version. Anyone have more info on that?

Those were plugs for original sponsor Chevy! Normally they would be eliminated but MeTV puts them back! But yes you can't see the Winston truck or Andy selling Sanka! For that, you have to go to Youtube!
