In classic Matlock fashion, the episode "Santa Claus" couldn't just simply be about the jolly holiday. A cruel landlord, Alan Rawlings, wants to evict his tenants during what was supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year. When Rawlings is met with protesting tenants and the media outside of the building, he pushes a war veteran, who happens to be a street Santa.
A news crew filmed the incident. Santa, Tom McCabe, is accused of murder when Rawlings is found dead. The episode is rated 7.0/10 on IMDb, which is still pretty high. Can you tell if these images are from Matlock's "Santa Claus" episode?

9/10. I love Matlock. It's been quite awhile since I've watched it.
6 out of 10. It helped that the first image showed Matlock with David Birney, who was in another episode that wasn't holiday-centric, and that the second image showed Linden Chiles, who played the murder victim in this Christmas episode.
This wasn't the only holiday-themed episode they did...a season later, they did "The Gift", in which the accused is a pre-Malcolm In the Middle/pre-Breaking Bad Bryan Cranston, and a few years later, "The Scrooge".

8/10. If I saw heavy coats in the photo, I figured it was a Christmas episode.
9, which was complete, utter, & total guesswork. It's not a show I watch these days, & I only sporadically watched when it was on first-run. I missed # 6. Amazing Dumb Luck.

I was totally clueless, as I seldom watched Matlock - but I actually got 8/10 on this quiz...
Ditto, Jeff. I was amazed even myself with the amount of dumb luck that fell on me with this one.
I got 4/10. I got #3, 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10. I never saw this episode of Matlock.
