Apr. 26, 2026

Paul is someone who clearly doesn’t believe in limiting his collection, or his resume for that matter. He’s spent his career as a lawyer, an award-winning TV and radio host, a nationally recognized jury consultant, a political and legal analyst, an author … and, as it turns out, a world-class collector.

Fans may remember him from the premiere of Collector’s Call, where he showcased his impressive archive of U.S. political history. This season, he’s back for round two, flipping the channel with a collection that’s pure Hollywood magic.

You might say his collection doesn’t just span eras, it steals the scene.

For Paul, this collection is deeply personal. Each piece is tied to a memory, a moment, or a lifelong love of classic television and film. In many ways, he’s reliving his childhood every time he walks through his collection—and now he’s inviting you to relive yours.

Take a look inside a collection built from the heart, celebrating the shows, movies and stars that made them shine.

1. Lucille Ball’s Makeup & Glasses

This piece includes a makeup kit and a pair of glasses that once belonged to comedy icon Lucille Ball.

The sunglasses were hers, and she was often photographed wearing them. After her death, they were auctioned for charity by her husband, straight from the source.

The makeup kit is one she kept in her limo. The case includes everything Lucy would have needed before stepping out — eye shadow, lipstick, blush and more. It’s as glamorous as Lucille Ball herself.

According to our expert, the set would be worth $5,000 today. But no amount of money could replace Paul’s love for Lucy. Everybody loves Lucy — and especially Paul. He has no ‘splainin’ to do about this one.

2. Gilligan's Hat from Gilligan's Island

Classic TV fans will remember this one. It’s one of the most iconic pieces from a show loved by many.

This is Gilligan’s hat from Gilligan’s Island, and it is signed by Bob Denver himself. It even contains some of the makeup he was wearing on set.

Paul knew Bob Denver’s widow, Dreama. She saw the hat and was able to verify that the signature was authentic. When you think of Gilligan, you think of the hat.

According to our expert, one of the hats sold in 2001 for around $42,000. He would value this one at about $50,000 today—enough to get the castaways off the island!

3. Signed T-Birds Jacket from Grease

This is a rare collectible signed by legends of the silver screen. Originally created as a promotional item for Grease, the jacket is signed on the back by Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta.

Paul purchased it around the time Olivia Newton-John passed away from a prop company that sells memorabilia. He paid about $500 for it in 2022.

Two autographs and a lot of memories come together in one piece.

According to our expert, items like this are not readily available and there aren’t many out there. He estimates its value at around $2,500.

4. Signed Cane from Charlie Chaplin

This cane is incredibly fragile, and it was signed by Charlie Chaplin. It reads, “Good Luck, Charlie Chaplin.”

In his early films, Chaplin often used a cane as part of his signature character.

While it is not confirmed as screen-used, it does not diminish its significance—Chaplin’s autographs are extremely hard to come by.

According to our expert, it would be worth around $3,000 today. Which celebrity autograph would you love to have? Head to Collector’s Call social media to share.

5. Signed Pool Cue from The Hustler

This is from 1961, the year The Hustler was released, the story of one of the greatest pool legends, starring Paul Newman and Jackie Gleason.

This pool cue is signed by both Paul Newman and Jackie Gleason. It is a special piece of both film and television history, featuring two of Hollywood’s most iconic performers.

While it may not have been used in the film, the signatures alone make it a standout collectible. According to our expert, the framed cue and autographs make it worth around $2,000 today.

It’s a cue that really makes a break in any collection. And when it comes to memorabilia, this one is clearly no “hustle”—it’s the real deal.

6. The Andy Griffith Show Phone

Don Knotts is a classic TV icon who made audiences laugh for decades. This is a prop from The Andy Griffith Show from the early 1960s. MeTV viewers know and love their Andy Griffith.

This prop was used in the courthouse set and was obtained from the prop master himself.

It’s a true piece of nostalgia that MeTV fans have likely seen many times during their favorite reruns.

Our expert valued this piece at $5,000, but it is truly a priceless piece of television history. He really nipped this collection in the bud!
