Universal Studios tried to rename American Graffiti: Here are the 60 titles they pitched

We would've picked "Burger City!"

Apparently, Universal Studios wasn't too keen on the name "American Graffiti." It's a generation-defining film, but they just couldn't get on board with the title. So, being the all-powerful media conglomerate that they are, Universal tried to change the title.

In a recently-released LucasFilm memo, someone took the time to list all sixty names the studio pitched. They're all differing degrees of terrible, and each uniquely misses the mark. 

Here, for posterity's sake, are all sixty names:
