PLEASE METV. I beg you. I'm watching Rifleman and AGAIN you just ran a commercial for Perry Mason movies Sunday nights. This is the THIRD PM movies commercial I've seen in 2 days and it's not like I watch you 24/7. I can't even keep count any more how many since you replaced PM movies Sunday nights with the disgusting All In The Family Series. At this point - it's literally "false advertising." Stop advertising shows you don't broadcast!
Wonder when the announcement of the winner (even though the tally's were posted on the round results page), will be, and will it be similar to what they did in 2021:

Maybe later today or tomorrow?

Sammy Davis, Jr. is a *real* talent. However, I voted for Shatner on "Twilight Zone." I *hate* "All in the Family" with a passion!
I do too. Deep hot burning passion hate AITF. Which was all the more reason I voted for Sammy Davis Junior. Because I think Shat's acting on Twilight Zone was no different than in anything else, and TZ is the same kind of sci-fi genre as ST. So it was a given. NOW had it been Montalban v Davis - well, I'd still have gone for Davis' appearance, but I'd at least have had to think about it.
Plus I'm jaded anyway. I was 13 in 1966 when ST premiered and I fell instantly in love with it and love it even more today than back then. And ALL the iterations except SNW which I refuse to watch. But when I fell in love with ST in 1966, it was IN SPITE of Shatner. I've never liked him. As a person. And not for the reasons others don't like him. I have my own personal reasons about him as a person. (See The Captains documentary)
Wow! Sammy Davis Jr vs William Shatner! It will be neck and neck! Yikes!
In the end I had to go with Sammy, Twilight Zone wan an anthology everyone was a guest star. All in the Family had a regular cast.
Round 5 or Semifinals Results:
Sammy Davis Jr. vs William Shatner./ Who will be the winner be?

Guess we shall see.

On the other hand it could go completely the other way with Sammy Davis Jr vs Barbara Eden. It seems either end of the spectrum might be what happens.
The absolute ONLY thing about the latest voting that I am happy about is that Montalban wasn't paired against Barbara Eden because I would have had to flip a coin. No way I could come up with a reason to choose one over the other.
Shatner/Eden? No contest. I'll never understand how Shat made it this far. His Twilight Zone appearance wasn't that much different from anything else he did in the old days. And I'm a super Star Trek fan.

😉
I think it goes back to the thinking, which is stronger or more entertaining? , The actor or the role? In a way, maybe they should've divided the categories. Or run them at different times. Mantalban is a fabulous guest star in anything he touches. Because he added more to those appearances than how his FI role permitted.
While Shatner carried his series (with costars). And his guest appearances in several other roles were curiosities.
Barbara Eden on the other hand carried her Series with Larry Hagman for years in IDOJ. Which couldn't have been the same without either one. We happened to like her guest appearance in TAGS because of her charm anyway. But how can a one-shot be judged against a long-term series??
So, I'm saying their effort in each capacity should've been judged independently.

The Final Four: Sammy Davis Jr., Burgess Meredith, William Shatner and Barbara Eden.
Thinking it might be Burgess Meredith vs Barbara Eden in the Finals.

You know, it's funny. I always considered the Barbara Eden episode of TAGS to be among the worst.
For me, Its Mumy or Hub Caps Lesh. No others are acceptable.

Well, this might not be saying much, but I have long considered this the most powerful scene from the series. I dig outsiders like Moose and the Frumpy Chick.
Here's a question. I think a person can vote multiple times, though it is hard to imagine why one would.
Do you think there are any nutty people who would vote multiple times, especially as the field narrows, skewing the final outcome?
