Yes/No: Did Margaret Houlihan take a swing at these people?

Sometimes, there was no holding back Maj. Margaret Houlihan.

Maj. Margaret Houlihan. Head nurse of the M*A*S*H 4077th and stickler for the rules. Except when she needed to lay the hammer!

Houlihan was always teased and made fun of for various reasons in a until full of men. However, that didn't stop her from confronting whoever she needed to, no matter the time or place. Sometimes, when people weren't taking her seriously enough or when she herself couldn't take it anymore, she took a big swing to make her point land.

There are several confrontational moments involving Houlihan. Can you tell if these images ended in a swing from Maj. Houlihan?

I would think that if your job was being a writer, you would proofread your own work.

You need to edit these two sentences: "Houlihan was always teased and made fun of for various reasons in a until full of men. However, that didn't stop her from confronting whoever she needed to, no matter the time or place." Instead of "until," the correct word in the first sentence should be "unit." Also, the second sentence should contain the word "whomever" instead of "whoever."
Don't mean to be a nit-picker, but it helps to proofread your articles before you post them.
On the contrary, you Do mean to be a nit-picker.

"lay the hammer" might not be the best choice of wording, considering current events.

The character of major Houlihan totally changed. Suddenly she's hanging out with the guys and stopped shagging every General that came to camp. The show was done after 4 years. She always wore her hair and nails like no one did in 1952. Never liked the character after the first four years.

She stopped being a self-righteous crank, and mellowed out after she realized (and had one of her closest friends point out to her) that she was taking herself entirely too seriously. In other words, she became more human, and less of a caricature, which is what she was at the series' beginning.

I think most if not all of the characters on MASH changed in some way as the series went on.For example i think Hawkeye maybe less of a womanizer.Yeah he still hooked up with nurses but i think it became less about sex and more about companionship in that he needed to feel alive in a middle of a warzone where death was around.

6/8! Generally, you can tell from Loretta's expression! And I don't think she ever punched Hawkeye, but she did kiss him TWICE!

As far as I can remember, she did slap him once but not a punch.

I understand it’s just a typo and I’m not trying to pick on anyone but can someone please translate what this sentence is supposed to say?

“Houlihan was always teased and made fun of for various reasons in a until full of men.”

"Until" should be "unit."

Yeah, I caught that too, and posted a message about it.
